CMC Operating Policies
Book through the HealthEngine booking app or call (02) 4625-3614 for an appointment. We strive to accommodate your preferred time and GP. Emergencies take priority, and our reception staff will notify you of any delays. Need extra time? Just ask. Interpreter services are available—please let us know when booking. Walk-in appointments are also welcome time permitting. We do not accept appointment bookings via email.
We are a mixed billing practice. Please present your current Medicare Card, Veterans Affairs Card, Healthcare Card, or Pension Card. Patients with a Commonwealth Concession Card will be Bulk Billed. For those without a Concession Card, the following fees apply:

You can contact our doctors during regular practice hours. If your doctor is unavailable, our reception staff will take a message, and the doctor will call you back as soon as possible. For emergencies, please call 000. We do not accept email requests from patients. A TTY service (Telecommunications Relay service) for the hearing impaired is available at (02) 9219 7555.
Your Medical Health Record is confidential. Our practice ensures the security of your personal health information at all times, making it accessible only to authorised staff. Your privacy is of the upmost importance to us. Our policies comply with obligations provided under the Australian Privacy Principles (APP), the Privacy Act 1988, as well as other privacy-related regulations intended to protect your privacy in respect of any personal information that you provide to us.
